Daughter's arrest
If she is an adult, and depending on various factors, probably a loss of license for 45 days, many fines, and a criminal records.
She should consult with a criminal defense attorney.
You should talk to no one, and certainly not post a detailed description on the internet.
The next person you should and must speak to is an attorney to analyze the case, and discuss your options.

Re: daughters arrest
Hi,
It depends on a few things, like how old is your daughter? She still has the opportunity to fight the case and take it to trial. You should consult an attorney to determine whether or not there are valid suppression issues and if the breath test was properly conducted. If she is a first offender she is eligible for the first offenders program, which counts as a guilty for driving purposes but not for criminal record purposes. If you have more questions please feel free to contact me.

Re: daughters arrest
She should retain an attorney and the facts should be discussed with no one but that attorney alone, who would then be in the best position to advise her of her options. Good Luck!
