Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

Dui

I was caught driving on a suspended license from PA in MA for a previous dui, and recieved an OUI with a BAC level of 0.04 and i am under 21. What should I do?

You need to consult with an attorney. There are ways to fight the case, but it is difficult to say given the limited facts you presented. I practice dui defense as do the other attorneys in my office. Please feel free to give me a call.
