A State police was minorly injured in my case. I would like to know what will be my sentence and would jail time will be part of the sentence

MANY more details are necessary to begin to evaluate your exposure here. Given that a Trooper was injured, however, it is safe to assume the case to be treated very seriously by the DA and judge.
