Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

Can DUI be overturned?
I was stopped for DUI in New Hampshire in 1998. Sortly after thet, I got a job in DC and never went to the alcohol program in order to get my lcense. I have moved back to Massachusetts, but in contacting teh State of NH, I find they have wrong information, my wrong birthdate. My license wassuspended for 60 days in NH. Can that be overturned?
