Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts
how can i fight this massachusetts MIP charge? I was at a party that was busted by the cops. There is no evidence that I was drinking, or holding any alcohol, but I'm still being charged with an MIP. How do i fight this?

Obtain representation to help you fight this. The burden of proof is on the prosecutor. The "evidence" could be observations by the police or by other attendees at the party from before the cops arrived, and they have to prove this beyond a reasonable doubt. Even if there is no evidence, the prosecutor's office may be trying to compel you to plea.
Hire an attorney-you should be able to beat the charge-774-745-0562
There is an issue of proximity and control and access. Usually, however, these charges get dismissed on a fine.
Retain an attorney and confide only in that attorney. Good Luck!
