If you take no action and do not show for the arraignment, a warrant for your arrest will issue, and you will go to jail the next time you are stopped for speeding, tail light out, etc.

Retain a criminal defense attorney in the state where you must appear in court who can advise as to how to postpone arraignment until you can appear. Good Luck!

Hire a good attorney from the state where you are being arraigned and then listen carefully to their advice and do what they tell you. You may be able to avoid arraignment but you will have to go to the court at some point. A good criminal defense attorney will know how to get your appearance waved if it is possible with your facts.
