Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

license reinstatement

Live in Mass. Got pulled over for OUI blew a .09. I am fighting my case.My license was suspended for 30 days automatically. Today is the 30th day. Do I need to go to the registry to reinstate my licesnce or is that only for a suspension where I am convicted of the actuall crime. Please help.

You definitely have to go to the registry and get your license reinstated before driving.
