Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts
If I have my license in one state but got a DUI in another state and the court penalty was loss of license for 8 years, can I still drive in the state I live in where I held my license in the first place?

Yes, until you get notification from your home state that your license has been suspended.

It depends upon whether the state that issued you your license has reciprocity with the convicting state such that you may be getting a notice from the issuing state that they are also suspending your license out of reciprocity.
