license suspension
I have a 4th convictionof oui in florida and was convicted in 2000 for a first offense there, with 3 previous convictions in 1996 in ma. does the registry have the legal justification to run my suspensions consecutively

In Massachusetts, they can. However, you can also appeal and often times the appeals board is sympatheic. You will need the breath testing device installed in your vehicle whenever your license is restored.
