Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts
I am getting married in Massachusetts this fall and will have an open bar. If a guest leaves and gets into an accident and is DUI, will I be held liable? Obviously, I don't plan on guests driving drunk, but I also don't want to get sued!
