Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts
Have a Massachusetts license and received a DUI 7 years ago in Colorado. Just 3 months ago, MA found out about it and suspended my license. Although now cleared in CO, MA says my license may be suspended for a year. Is that legal?

Yes but you might be eligible for a 24d alternative disposition or a hardship license
