I lost my licence for 3rd offense DUI

in 2000 inMassachsetts.I got a hardship license 2 years later before melanies law took effect so I did not have to get the breathelizer installed.I have been driving w/restricted hours hardship licence for 6 years.Now my 8 year suspension is over so I want to get the hour restriction taken off.Will they make me get a breatelizer machine when I go to the hearing for full reinstatement?Or am I grandfathered?
