Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

I was arrested for oui in Massachusetts and refused the breathalizer resulting in a suspension in license for 6 months however I have a vermount license is my right to drive only suspended in mass or does it apply in all 50 states?

Massachusetts can only suspend your MA licesne. Therefore your Massachusetts license is not valid in any state.
