Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

i was convicted of my 3rd oui 3 years ago, the rmv wants my driving record from another state before they will give me a hearing is there any way i can get around this?

Apparently, the Registry knows something about the other state, and knows that you were licensed in another state.

You cannot beat the registry computer system. It is strange that it would ask you rather than seek its own records.

Why can't you get your record from another state? If the registry asks for it, the registry wants it.
