Police Report of Arrest

My son was arrested on OUI and possesion of Class D substance. The local new paper published the arrest just as it was issued by the officer. However, a weekly local stated 'possesion with intent to sell'. This seems very wrong do I have any recourse?

However, the charge may be correct.
