Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

received OUI but wasn't arrested and wasn't driving

I am under 21 and had a ba of .24, what am i looking at as far as when i go to court? They didn't arrest me but my car was parked with the keys in the ignition. How long can my license be suspended for and is it worth it to fight it?

If you're under 21 years of age, license suspension for a first OUI offense in Massachusetts is 210 days.
