Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

I recently was found not guilty on a 3rd oui.I am going to court on monday to request my license be reinstated. I refused the breath test and the rmv suspended my license for 5 years.I f I am successful in court will I have to have the interlock for the remainder of my suspension period?
