Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts
I recently found out my license in Ma. is suspended due to two dui convictions from the state of Ga. these duis are from 1999 and 2000.
I contacted Ga. and, they have no record of me completing the programs needed for clearance. they told me I have to complete a minimum of 20 hours risk reduction program and a clinical evaluation program. I've has a valid Ma. licsense since 2001.

We can take an appeal to the state of Massachusetts and seek restoration of driving privileges.
