Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

I am a resident of Ma. will they be notified?

I was recently cited for dui in the state of tx. and refused the breath test. When Tx puts my license suspension into affect will it be suspended in Ma as well. I've heard Ma as well as Wisconsin, Tennessee, Georgia, and Michigan. are not members of the Interstate drivers license compact. Does this mean anything??
