Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts
I have already served my time and have been convicted im currently under probation and im under full compliance of all probationary requirements. I am applying for ssi and have no way to come up with the court fees and im being threatened with reincarceration if i dont come up with 600.00 dollars can i go before the judge and have the fees wavied

You can ask, but some fees are not waivable. It is possible that the court will allow you to do community service in place of some of the fees.
If you are disabled on SSI that is a change of circumstances that you should absolutely bring this matter to the judge.
