Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

My sister in law is an alcoholic. My brother in law had gone to the liquor store to ask if they could please stop delivering alcohol to her. He has power of attorney over her. They still deliver to her. To prevent her from purchasing more alcohol he had taken her cash, credit cards bank card etc.. My sister in law has been in an abusive relationship for many years on top of the drinking and prescription meds. We are trying to get her into a rehab facility but until then she continues to purchase from the liquor stores since they have her credit card on file. My question is, we live in Massachusetts and are wondering if there is anything that we can do to prevent the liquor stores from delivering the alcohol? If someone goes into a bar and gets over served and walks out and gets hurt or hurts others the bar can get into legal trouble. If we request a liquor store to stop delivering to her is there any legal way we can do this to prevent her from getting the alcohol since we are extremely concerned that it could possibly put her in a dangerous situation. My husband went to make sure she was not drinking and found a bag full of nips and when my husband confronted her about the bag of alcohol she said not only did they deliver to me but the guy was hitting on her. This is very concerning to us. I am afraid this is not going to end on a happy note. Any help with advise on stopping the liquor store from delivering and any help with rehab info. would be greatly appreciated. My husband and I do not drink or abuse meds so we are trying to learn how to help her in any way we can. Thank you.
