Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

Out of stat DWI

I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happend to.

Arrested for DWI in NH, Live in MA

NH took my license for 6 months

MA took my license for one year

The latest MA driving manual states;

Out of state suspension:

Suspension until the out-of-state suspension is resolved.

Do I qualify for a hardship license?

This is my first offense.
