Stopped for OUI, refused breathalyzer, (license revoked) found not gulity by jury, motioned judge for reinstatement of license, denied by judge (danger to public) what is procedure to appeal judge's ruling?

You can petition RMV and show them the CORI; you can appeal the judge's ruling, you can also seek a hardship license.
