Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

if you supply alcohol too someone to your live in boyriend who's of age and he o.d.'s(dies) from alcohol and you don't realize can you be prosecuted. if so what would happen

You can be charged with any crime-dosent mean you would be guilty. The facts are vauge-simply supplying alcohol to a person of age is not a crime. So it would depend on the circumstances of how a person drank so much as to OD from the alcohol?
