Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts
Underage drinking
My son just has this 4th offense of being underage and drinking alcohol in Plymouth, NH. He has never been driving (college campus - walking or with someone else driving). I am wondering is they can revoke his license to drive even though he has never been driving. Not sure if I need to retain an attorney. If he loses his license, he will not be able to go to college here in MA (NECCO) or work (he delivers pizza).
