warrent for not completing first affenders program

my son was arrested in so.carolina 5 yrs ago for dui.he came home to ma. and attended a first affenders program.now 2 mo. ago his lic.was susp. in ma. so carolina says he is a fugitive and has to surender to them.he has twin sons at home and is barely getting by.what should he do he is affraid of going to jail . thank you, a concerned father

If South Carolina has him listed as a fugitive from justice, then he can be arrested in Massachusetts (or any other state) and held for extradition to be transported back to South Carolina. Your son will need a South Carolina Attorney to represent him. If your son has failed to comply with any condition of his probation, then there may be a surrender issued for him... If he left the state of South Carolina without permission from the Court, then he will most definitely need a good attroney.
