Legal Question in Education Law in Massachusetts
appeal
My son was convicted of first degree murder, in a trial where the was no physical evidence or circumstantial in my opinion. An appeal was submitted the day he was convicted by his attorney, my question is should his attorney do the appeal or should we get another attorney.

Re: appeal
If your attorney has appellate experience, he is the best situated to handle the matter. Ask him how many appeals he has written, and how many he has won.
