Legal Question in Education Law in Massachusetts
harassing phone calls and notices
There has been a company who supposably has taken over my students loans which I am in the arrears for. I want to know if I verbally tell them not to call my home is there a certain amount of time they have to consider this until I can get it to them in writing?

Just get it to them in writing.
there are regulations specifying their right to contact. You should search them out on the web. I don't handle such cases, so I can't give you a citation off the top of my head.
