Legal Question in Education Law in Massachusetts
Mandate Training
I sign a contract to teach online classes. I've been asked to take a mandatory training; however, is the university required to pay me for my time? The university is in AZ, I'm living in MA

Re: Mandate Training
If you are being paid a salary, the time you take learning the university's rules, grading, etc. is part of your salary. If you are an hourly employee (unlikely) you are entitled to be paid for all hours spent.
