can you have 2 sons have power of attorney
Can you have 2 people be power of attorney so as if the 1st brother is away on business the 2nd brother can step in and take charge?

Certainly. You can name one son #1 as your Attorney-in-Fact and name son #2 as Contingent Attorney-in-Fact with the power to act if son #1 is unable or unavailable.

You can provide in a DPOA if the first Attorney in Fact is not reachable, that the second can act in his place.
