Abuse of a JTWROS account
My cousin's husband was named by my 95 year old grandmother to oversee her account ... he spent her money on a failed business, without any of us knowing. He did not break any laws, we gather, but we would like to attempt to sue him for return of the +$300K. Any possibility?

Yes. Fraudulent use of funds entrusted to a person is a cause of action and may also be a cause for criminal action against the cousin's husband.
