Legal Question in Elder Law in Massachusetts
Elderly Care
My mother-in-law has Alzheimer's, lives by herself in the subsidized housing, gets small SS and pension and is on Medicare and supplemental medical insurance.
She refuses to accept any family and outside help and doesn't want to go to the nursing home.
What steps do we need to take?
Thank you
