Legal Question in Elder Law in Massachusetts
family members have taken advantage of an elderly ladies health to acquire the deed for her secondary residence. she signed over this deed without knowing the actual circumstances. would like to know if any recourse is possible. elderly woman's attourney is the buyers also. conflict?
