Legal Question in Elder Law in Massachusetts
i own a home with my wife and my parents lives with us. my wife wants them out and gave a 30 days eviction notice to them. Does she has the legal right to do so.

Not without your consent and given their age, a court would give them at least 6 months before they have to leave.
However, I do not think you should get divorced over the issue.
Do your parents contribute to the home?
Why does she want them out?
Do your parents have enough money to afford a place of their own?
Do they need taking care of, are they burden to her or annoyance or both?
Did your parents give you money on the condition they could stay with you indefinitely?
This is a difficult issue and I think you need to seek more counseling help than legal help at this point.
