Legal Question in Elder Law in Massachusetts
is it legal to supply a family's trust and will documents to a third party prior to their death? They are not in probate.

It really depends on who those people are, whose death you mean when you say "their", the type of trust, and the relevant parties involved. It may be entirely appropriate, or it may not be.
