Medicare reinbursments
Do you have any information on
a bill that passed in 2005 that states that settled lawsuits must
reinburse medicare and set up an
escrow account for the future? Thank you

There was a US Supreme Court case, Arkansas Dept. of Health and Human Services v. Ahlborn, concerning MEDICAID reimbursement from lawsuit proceeds being limited only to funds the state expended for treatment of the specific injuries. Is that what you're thinking about?
