power of attorney abuse
my uncle is using his poa to defraud our 93 year old aunt in fl. What can we do? both he and his wife quit working and are aquiring assetsand luxury items daily.

It is unclear if your uncle is operating under MA law or Fl law. If it is FL law you need to contact someone in FL.
If it is MA law you can file a petition for a conservator for your aunt. Such actions can be expensive.
