power of attorney
my late sister made herself my elderly father pow and removed all his money from his account. we did not know about it. She married and later that year she died. can I get any of the money back?

The answer is -- it depends on how long ago did she pass away.
The Massachusetts statute of limitations states that you have one year from the date of your sister's death to sue her estate for any wrongs she may have committed during her life. If it has been longer than a year since she died, you have a more difficult fight ahead of you.
You need to consult with an attorney who specializes in probate litigation to determine what rights, if any, you may have.
