?about my sister being accountable
My sister is power of attorney and executor of the will for my mother, she also handles all her finances and when my mother asked for an income and expense report and accounting document, my sister said she could not provide because she was too busy. What can I do legally to make her accountable?

An excellent solution may be to have your mother revoke this power of attorney and issue a new notarized one with both you and your sister sharing the powers granted equally.
Good luck.
