Does a trailor as a home qualify as a home for medicaid purposes and therefor not encluded as an asset?

Yes it does, so long as the Medicaid beneficiary's name is on the title and it's the applicant primary residence.
I suggest you contact an experienced elder law attorney concerning how to make sure that MassHealth does not force the property to be sold in the event of a long-term care application.
