Void contract executed under power of attorney
Can a contract for the transfer of property to my daughter be voided? I am about to revoke the power of attorney I gave to my daughter and my husband and think they may have transferred our home in to her name without my knowledge.

Re: Void contract executed under power of attorney
A contract can be voided under certain circumstances. I would suggest you contact an attorney immediately. Simply voiding the power of attorney will not be sufficient. Voiding the Power of Attorney will simply stop all future actions, past actions will require further action.
