book manuscript/libel?
hi. i'm on the verge of self publishing a novel. in it, the mass. lottery is corrupt and games fixed. that is at the heart of the novel and how it relates to the characters. i use a fictional lottery game from the mass lottery......is that libel? it is work of fiction set in boston and we have a mass state lottery. as is a work of fiction, is there any problem with this? thank you so much.
