Movie download service

Hi,

I am thinking of starting an online movie download service, and would need legal forms for the ''internet rights'' agreement with the distributor. Can you point to me any online sites which offer these? I already did search on findlegalforms website and couldnt find this specific agreement.

In most cases in which you are dealing with a studio, they will provide the agreement. You should have an experienced sttorney review and negotiate that agreement.

What you want is a very complex and requires many different kinds of agreements. I am aware of no web site that would have what you need. I suggest you contact an attorney with Intelectual property knowledge, licensing and contract law experience.

This is not an inexpensive undertaking.
