Barking dogs

I live in an apt.building where right behind me they opened a dog daycare which I hear barking dogs 5 days a week it's driving me crazy. I have problems sleeping at night and I try to lay down in the morning but can't because of the barking.Please what can I do? I am exhusted!

You are experiencing a nuisance! Make two calls - the town building inspector and the town board of health or health agent. Explain the situation and see if they can help. If the situation is beyond what is permitting under local law you may have some recourse. Otherwise, the nuisance MAY (not necessarily will) be sufficient grounds to seek termination of your lease.
