Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I have 2 boys that are not my biological children, my name is on the birth certificate. I am now divorced x10 years and have been paying child support all that time. I know who the biological father is. Do I have any legal recourse now that the boys are older, 18 and 15. Now that I know where he is can I sue him for past support or any other grounds?

You can be deemed as a de facto parent.

The odds of prevailing are slim. You can sue.
