i am currently 50% disable by the va. i am being payed at a 100% rate because i am unemployable due to my condition. am i still obligated to pay child support ?

Hello,

If you are currently ordered to pay child support you have to modify that court order through the appropriate family court in order to change the order. If you are receiving disability, your children are also eligible to receive benefits. You do need a court order however to modify your financial obligations to your children.
