1. Do we have to fill out a child support worksheet if we are coming to terms out side for the courthouse?
2. We are writting our own seperation agreement, we have nothing together no house or anything, i have a truck and its only worth $2000.00. So can i just state in the seperation agreement that Neither of us have a bank account or any type of asset or retirement plan to divide up and that we have agreed to childsupport and the visitation rights out side the courtroom? With The mother getting full phy. custody.

1. Yes. the Court must know what the Guidelines would provide in order to determine that the deviation agreed upon is appropriate.
