Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Help

I am 8 months Pregnant and my boyfriend has recently been arrested is there any possible way that they let him be there for the delivery of our baby with a special permision from the judge? is there such thing? i have nobody else but him is this possible?

If your boyfriend is released on bail, he can be there. If he is being held, he will stay there. There is no "special leave" for births and such.
