Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I want 2 move

I want to move about 40 minutes from where i currently stay, but it is in the next state. I currently have joint legal and physical custody of my son w/ his dad. I have my son the majority of the school days, can i register him for school in the state I moved to?

No.

If there is or has been court involvement, you cannot move, unless the father grants you permission, or you get the court's permission.
