Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I have 100% physical custody of my daughter but share 50/50 legal custody with her mother. We are going to FLroida on vacation next week. Do I legally have to tell her mother we are taking her out of state?

I have just filed for 100% sole custody and we are waiting for a court date so I want to be sure we are doing everything by the book.
